Payment Options

We accept Care Credit, DEBT, VISA/MC, Disc, AMEX Cash, or Checks.

We appreciate Zelle and Venmo payments too.

The Perfect Gift

 Gift Certificates available  for any service or amount. Can be ordered through this website or picked up in person.

Feel free to call ahead and we can have it ready for you.


We can accommodate large parties. Please call or email and we will be happy to discuss your party needs and do our

very best to make your party exactly what you expect.

Note: For large parties please book in advance to ensure we have staff available.

A 50% non refundable deposit is due 2 weeks in advance for parties of 8 or more.

Spa Etiquette and Policies

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash back on gift certificates but they are transferable.

Refunds are not available after services are rendered.


Late Arrival

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, so the next client can start on time.


Cancellation Policy

Please allow a minimum of 24 hrs. notice to cancel your appointment. We have the right to:

Charge you for full payment of your missed  treatment and/or charge you a re-booking fee.


When booking a treatment: A credit card number might be required to hold your reservation. Please understand that we need to be able to accommodate clients who are on our waiting list or those who need a same day appointment.



It is our goal to provide a quiet atmosphere. Due to our Liability Insurance we require that they

must be accompanied by an adult at all times.



Robes and slippers are available for client use. During treatment, most guests disrobe completely because they are draped and covered with linens. We only ask you to undress to your comfort level


Health Concerns

Some spa services or products may not be for you so please advise your provider with any information you deem necessary and they will make appropriate choices with you.


Talking During a Treatment

It’s up to you. It’s okay to talk quietly, and most guests find that their silence enhances their tranquility. Whether you

feel quiet or chatty, your therapist needs a little feedback from you about the pressure level, areas of special attention, and any thing else you deem necessary to make your treatment blissful.



Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. 


Comments and/or Concerns

Your provider is more than happy to listen to your feedback.  Positive feed back is wonderful to hear.  While constructive feed back can help us to provide better service in the future! The owner is always open to the guests’ thoughts. If necessary, concerns will be taken care of immediately.
