Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hrs. notice to cancel your appointment. We have the right to: Charge you for full payment of your missed treatment and/or charge you a rebooking fee. When booking a treatment: A credit card number might be required to hold your reservation. Please understand that we need to be able to accommodate clients who are on our waiting list or those who need a same day appointment.
