This spa ritual brings together 4 ancient Tibetan massage treatments. *Himalayan Mountain Abhyanga
Abhyanga means 'moving energy into the body' in Sanskrit. In the ancient tradition of Ayurveda, this is the name given to a full body massage. This treatment is done in a similar way as a traditional spa massage, but the therapist uses warmed, aromatic oils customized for you to nourish the skin and mobilize deeper tissues. Marmas (acupressure points) are stimulated to freshen and revitalize, and warmed herbal powder is sprinkled over the whole body to polish the skin for a finish.
